VetPulse Inc. ("VetPulse," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, clinic name, and professional credentials when you create an account. We also collect veterinary patient data that you input into the platform, including animal health records, treatment histories, and scheduling information.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain our veterinary practice management services, generate AI-powered treatment recommendations, facilitate appointment scheduling, and send automated client communications on your behalf. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our AI models and platform features.

Data Security

We implement HIPAA-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging. All data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers within the United States.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you have 120 days to export all patient records. After this period, data is securely deleted unless retention is required by law.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VetPulse platform and services provided by VetPulse Inc., a company incorporated in Massachusetts, USA.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VetPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a veterinary practice or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Service Description

VetPulse provides AI-powered veterinary practice management tools including treatment planning assistance, digital patient records, appointment scheduling, health risk prediction, and client communication automation. AI-generated treatment recommendations are advisory only and do not constitute veterinary medical advice. Licensed veterinarians are responsible for all clinical decisions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that all patient data entered into the platform is accurate, and complying with all applicable veterinary regulations and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

VetPulse Inc. shall not be liable for any clinical outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated treatment recommendations. The platform is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional veterinary judgment.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
